Childbirth International feels that supporting students and graduates is an important part of our role. Once you have registered as a student you will not be forgotten!

A trainer will be assigned to you once you start your training and she will contact you to introduce herself. Your trainer is always there to guide and support you through your training and beyond. Childbirth International provides a number of ways for you to connect with other doulas and build a strong support network. All students are part of an email based discussion list, enabling you to ask questions of others who have been there. Childbirth International also hosts the worlds largest email list for the public. The list - Doula on the Yahoo groups website - has more than 1,500 members from all over the world. Encouraging exploration of new ideas, respectful debate and supporting new doulas with suggestions, the list continues to be one of the most popular forums for doulas.

Once you have completed your training, Childbirth international will still be there to support you. If you experience a tough birth, need help and guidance on some aspect of your business, or are experiencing personal difficulties, you can contact your trainer or the Customer Support team anytime.
