Childbirth International's Refund Policy
If you register for a training program you have three days to review the course program. If you decide the course is not for you, you can cancel within three days. We have a strict refunds and cancellations policy.

Read the CBI refund policy
You have three days from the time of registration to
review the course materials through the student website. if you decide that
this is not the course for you, you must contact us in writing before the
three days is complete and request a refund. The amount you have paid will
be refunded, less a $25 administration fee.
Installment Payments
If you are paying for your course by installments you
are responsible for ensuring that there are funds available on your chosen
payment method. Please ensure that the payment method that you choose is
available for the period of the installments. For example, if you are paying
the six monthly installments, your credit card must be valid for the next
six months.
If you are unable to make a monthly payment you must
contact us in writing at least 7 days before the payment is due. If you fail
to contact us and the payment is declined you will be automatically
suspended from the student website and no longer have access to course
materials. If you subsequently wish to be reinstated the full balance will
be due and there will be a $50 administration fee. Students
will not be
reinstated if they fail to contact us within one month of the payment being
declined.
Your installments will be taken on the same day each
month. For example, if you register for training on the 25th of March, each
monthly installment will be charged on the 25th of the month. If you need to
change your payment method or the date that payments will be made, we can
only do this by cancelling the payment plan and manually processing each
payment. There is a $50 administration fee for this service.
Students who have chosen to pay for their training by
installments will have full access to all course materials through the
student website, provided all payments are approved. Course materials are
also provided in booklet form once all installments have been made. If at
any time a student wishes to pay the remaining balance and receive their
written books immediately they can do so by contacting us and asking the
balance, then processing the transaction through the shopping cart.
