Many women experiencing breastfeeding problems in the early days after having a baby. As a Breastfeeding Counselor you can learn how to support them and overcome those difficulties, helping them to enjoy their baby and the special relationship that breastfeeding offers.

Breastfeeding Counselor course available from September 2008!
Breastfeeding Counselors have the opportunity to make a real
difference to the families they work with. You will be able
to help mothers overcome breastfeeding difficulties,
building a close relationship with the women you are working
with, and knowing that in your support, you can help a
mother and baby to gain the benefits of breastfeeding.
Studying with Childbirth International means you will have

the comfort of your own home. You can study a Childbirth

book exam
Assignment: One written paper,
teaching plan and breastfeeding solutions
Other requirements: Read 5 books
and survey on breastfeeding support available locally
