We process all certification requests once a month, at the beginning of each month. Depending on how many requests we have it may take 1-2 weeks for the request to be processed. Once posted, the certificate (and ID card if you have requested one at the same time) will take about 15-20 working days to arrive by post.

If you submitted your certificate more than 8 weeks ago and have still not received it, please contact the Customer Service team (Student Support) and let us know.
