Once you submit your communication assignment, a notification will be sent automatically to your trainer. Trainers will take up to two weeks to review assignments and provide feedback (draft assignments) or a grade (final assignments). If you submitted your assignment more than two weeks ago and have heard nothing from your trainer, contact her directly to see how long it will be to receive the feedback. If you cannot get in touch with your trainer, please contact the Customer Service team (Student Support) and we will follow up for you.

As with assignments, evaluations are sent automatically to your trainer when you submit them. At the bottom of each evaluation or survey that you complete it asks you whether you would like contact with your trainer regarding the feedback. If you want more contact with your trainer please indicate this on the evaluations. Some students want a lot of trainer contact while others prefer to only have contact when they ask for it. Your trainer will not know how much support and contact you require if you do not tell her!
