There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to log in. Check
through the following to make sure all your settings are correct.

Do you have the correct username and password? If you are entering
them incorrectly, will be taken to the log on page and a red error message
saying "Invalid login, please try again" will appear. Check your username
and password and try again. If you are still unable to log on you can
request a new password to be generated. This will be emailed to you.

Is your site set up to
accept cookies? The student website requires cookies - small text files
that store information on your computer about the site you are accessing.
For more information on how to set up your computer to accept cookies, read
through these
instructions.

Do you have access to
the student website? The student website contains all the course
materials for registered Childbirth International students. If you want to
access the free courses, go to
www.wannabeadoula.com.

Do you have outstanding
installments? If you are paying for your training with the payment plan,
your access to the student website will be suspended if payments are
declined by your credit card provider. You will need to contact our
Customer Service team to arrange for the payment to be made and access
to the student website restored.

Have you registered as a
student? All students must create a username and password before they
can access the student website. This ensures that your student records are
protected and remain private. When you first purchased a training program an
email confirmation of your order was sent to the email address you used. In
some cases, students enter an incorrect email address or their mailbox is
full, and the confirmation email cannot be sent to them. If you have a spam
filter the email confirmation may have been prevented from entering your
mailbox. If you cannot find the confirmation email, or do not think you ever
received it, contact the
Customer Service team and tell us what you would like your username and
password to be, confirming your email address, and we will manually set up
your student account for you. If you have the email confirmation, take a
look at the top of it. It will have a link to click on to register as a
student, together with an order ID and an access code. Click on the link and
create your username and password. You will then be able to log in to the
student website using your username and password.

reset and access given to your course. Please let us know your preferred
username and password and the email address you would like to use on your
student account.
