At the top of your course pages is a link that tells you which tasks are still required in order for you to complete your training. If you believe this list is incorrectly showing items as outstanding that you have already completed, please check the following.

If the items showing incorrectly as outstanding are any of the physiology tests, return to the main course page. Click on the test that you have completed. the grade you received should appear. Click on continue and you will return to the main course page. The test should now be ticked and will no longer appear on the outstanding tasks list.

If items other than physiology tests are showing as outstanding when you believe you have completed them, please contact the Customer Service team (Student Support) and let us know which items are incorrectly showing as incomplete. In most cases it is simply a matter of updating your records. Some students from before September 2005 submitted their work before we moved to the new student website and may have been missed when we updated all the records.
