If you have completed all your requirements for your course, and you have already requested certification, you can then request a photo ID card as a graduate. There is a link of the front page of the student website to request certification. The following links will take you to the certification page for your course (you will only be able to access these pages if you are registered as a student on that course). Once you open the page, you will see in section one there is a link to request a photo ID. When you click on this you can then click on the BROWSE button to locate a photo of yourself on your computer. Once you have selected the photo from your computer, click on UPLOAD THE FILE to send us the picture and for us to prepare your ID card.

If you try to request a photo ID and you have not completed all requirements, or not yet requested certification, you will see a message telling you which items are still outstanding. If you believe these have been submitted, please contact the Customer Service team (Student Support) and let us know.

Your photo ID will be posted to you together with your certificate. If you request a photo ID at a later time a charge for postage will be due before your ID can be sent. We will email you details on how to pay the postage.
