Videos
The videos are all in Quicktime format. There are also audio recordings in both WAV and MPG format. You should be able to play these with Windows Media Player or Realplayer. We have found that some Apple MAC users have difficulty in playing videos and audio presentations. As yet, we have been unable to find a solution to this and can only suggest that you view the presentations on another computer, preferably a PC as there appear to be less problems with this.

Presentations
All presentations are available in Powerpoint and PDF format. To access the Powerpoint presentation, you must already have powerpoint as a software program on your computer. If you do not have powerpoint, you can view the PDF version of the presentation. To view PDF files you will need Adobe Acrobat player installed on your computer. You can download Adobe Acrobat player for free from www.adobe.com. This is a safe program and can be downloaded and installed in about 5 minutes.
