Your trainer is assigned, in most cases, the day that you register as a
student. She will usually contact you within 48-72 hours to introduce herself
with a welcome email.
- To find the name of your
trainer, log on the student website
- Click on any of the course
pages
- At the top of the page, click on the link that says "Contact Your
Trainer"
- Your trainers name will appear in a pop up window. You can click on the
link to send her an email.

Customer Service
team (Student Support)
for assistance.
